You know when your in total true silence you can hear this slight continuous humming, sort of like your ears ringing, I never used to think much of it until I had an unusual OBE experience....

It was a few years ago during an OBE I had one of those really strong vibrations and intense sounds, sort of like a lawnmower/chainsaw, static radio high pitch frequency screaming away it got so loudly intense and painful I forced myself out of it, once I woke up however and only for a fraction of a second I could still hear that sound but it rapidly went from its full force to subtle hum all within a second. Sort of like when a fast loud car goes past you but then as it gets further you hear the sound just decrease, in this instance that happened with the loud intense sounds heard during OBE and all I could hear from it upon awakening was that subtle hum that I recognised has always been there, and we can all hear it. Some of us may interpret this as the sound of silence or as a slight ringing in our ears, however I now feel it is actually the rushing roaring sound of the energy world that we only hear as a hum during our physical existence but during OBE's we hear it for what its really worth. It was the transition from that loud sound to a hum that allowed me to recognize this.

I feel that this sound is the sound of energy and moving particles around us, wether they be atoms, protons and other forms of energy that make up the energy or astral world around us. Every object has an atom which appears solid in the physical world but there seems to be an echoing version of it made of pixelated, static energy particles in the astral world. Is it fair to say that these pixelated energy particles actually have a sound either because they vibrate and that we can only hear this sound at its loudest during an OBE because we also became energy ourselves at that moment ?
