I'm not sure if I have this ability or not, but I'm one of those who can tell if you've been outside from your 'outside smell' or if you're coming down with a cold from your breath, etc. I'm the one everyone comes to to see if something in the fridge has turned, that type of thing.
As I have mentioned before, the house I grew up in was haunted, and one of the most common manifestations we had was the sudden perfume that occassionally appeared. My mom always freaked at it, I liked it (it smelled like Gardenias) and always welcomed it. I thought it smelled like an angel.
I think in my case it's just a sharp sense of smell, not clairalience.
