Fascinating..... I've started reading through the NEW book once again and performed some of the basic exercises.

One night my mind work up and the best I could describe the awareness I had at the time was as if my body was a container of boiling water.
I was aware that this coud be a precursor to an OBE and tried to move my hand. It moved, but I was also aware that my physical hand was still on the bed.

I left it at that, so am back to reading once again to make more progress.
