i've never pulled anyone out, or met a projector,(at least one who knew he was projecting) but i have had OBEs, with friends with me, who've confirmed they dreamed about being with me, in the same locations as i was in.

this happened twice last week!

there's a thread in the OBE forum... Taking friends flying, i think it's called.

there are others around here who can probably give you a better answer tho.
