- MORNING -
[Dreams key words] Lucid dream 7h04 AM.
* I am at the top of a ladder which rests on a wire tended between two stakes. I try to move me along the wire with the ladder. I decide to leave the wire. Down below my aunt supervises me. I walk all alone with the ladder.

* A man holds a note-book in his hand. He does not want show it to me. But I insist. I see a strange vague drawing.

[Affirmations morning] I write once and I repeat six times.
- AFTERNOON -
[BrainWave Generator] Week 5 done.
[Relaxation: Whole body] done.
[Breathwork:Valving the breath] done.
[Energy body prestimulation] Bouncing is working well now.
[Energy raising] I have progress to do.
[Stimulate primary centers] Tinglins, pressures. I feel now base, navel, and brow centers.
[Trance work:Ladder technique] Many noises. The dogs bark. At the beginning I do not advance very well. Five minutes pass and I am not glad. I resist to the noises and I concentrate on the movement of the arms and the legs. At ten minutes I manage to deaden my legs and my arms. My hands seems enormous. But I still have cosncience of my body with breathing. In a vision a woman comes to me and show me jumps downwards between each movements. At the beginning I think that it is an idiocy of my spirit. But not I manage to remain lucid. After all I begin again like she tells me to descent.
[Observations] No.

Here what I extracted from the book of Hugette Pinson. (ISBN 2-85707-675-4) I add these exercises in my training. The exercises will be located by the [Raja-Yoga] term.

- STUDY OF CHAKRAS -
V) Vishuddha.


Exercice Vishuddha chakra
Take the position of the lotus.
Sit down on the edge of a large cushion. A foot under a thigh the other above. The knees touch the ground. The spinal column quite right.
1.) Inhale with nostrils blue pale color.
2.) Exhale the color to the center of the throat, fill the platform. Widened to inspir and narrowed to expir.
