but I noticed some differences that made me sure that I am actually not really recording anything. It could have been a false awakening, but I stayed lucid and played with it, so I must have been "somewhere", and it was not really the same as the dream. Some indicators led me to believe I was in my etheric body.

Oliver Thank you so much Oliver. This makes sense that this might be an etheric body projection!

What did you notice that told you you were not recording? Also what were the indicators that indicate we might be in the etheric body?

Is false awakening the same as "becoming lucid in a dream" where we can use the opportunity to explore the astral realms?
