Isn't that disappointing? It is possible that we are recording with our energy body and didn't get to record it in our physical body. No wonder there would not be any recording there.

But because I have gone over the details when recording in the astral, so I found I didn't lose many recall as a result when I woke up.

Yep, that's my cat - although at times she's not very friendly, she's very intelligent, even compared to other cats I've seen. I get the feeling that she looks at us humans condescendingly, even though we're taller, we provide the food, and we know that mirrors aren't other rooms - but then again, there's a lot we don't know about cats and animals in general, and from what I've read on the forums they are probably avid astral projectors.

I have decent dream recall, but if I don't write stuff down right away it's gone. However, I've found that it depends on the dream - emotionally-charged dreams are likely to be remembered more easily, while "mundane" dreams might fade away almost immediately.
