Default Astral Sight with Relaxation
Hello everyone. This morning I decided to put to practice one of the most important advices RB has on his book, and trained deep physical relaxation. The timing was perfect, since I was just awake, and not likely to fall back asleep. All went well. I guess I spent more than 30m relaxing, my upper back felt really tense and "knotted", but otherwise the rest of the body relaxed satisfyingly. After about 20m I've decided to try something else RB states on the book "most of the times you just need to ask it". So I asked for astral sight. And then there was a suden rush all over my body, as if it suddely woke up, but didn't feel physically tense, and it felt like my eyes started to blink real fast, but my eyelids were still closed. I didn't see anything too. SO I figured, maybe all I need to do is create a torch or something, lack of light in the room (the shades were all closed up, and the room was fairly dark, but not pitch black, there was a beam of light coming from the almost closed door) but it still didn't work. So after a while I decided to get up, and then I realized how relaxed I had been, comparing to the activity I needed to make in order to move.

This is a small account of a few things I've experienced during this morning's relaxation exercise (there were a few projected arms events, partial projection I think) but my main goal is: is it usual for someone to feel that kind of rush when asking for the vision? Why did I not see? Why did the torch not work? The eye movement sensations, are they common? Is my energy body not developed enough (my personal suspition)?

Thanks for feedback.
