Hard to tell- energetic sensations tend to be more pronounced (or rather experienced more intensely) when in trance. The deeper the trance the more intense the feeling. So it's possible that this energy rush was indeed energy flowing or expanding, or a chakra activating due to your intensity of focus. So it's a good thing.
