Now that I think of it, I suppose my experiences of being sucked forcibly out of my body (by the legs) might apply- since mine was so different in quality I didn't connect both experiences. I sponged mine away- maybe instead of working on your primaries you might want to do some general face sponging and some energy ball work on the entire inside of your head and not work on the primaries for a while, and see how it works for you?
