Wow these sound scary! I have never associated these with being yanked by other entities. But you did see a teenger boy around you. That's really scary!

The episode of facial muscle being sucked by a vacuum-like force only happen right after I work on my secondary energy. Does it mean one explanation is that only when I work up my energy can I open up myself for other entities to manipulate my energy body?

What does the sponging do then if the entity really is here to manipulate you?

Also do you think my experience the other night sound like a projection to you?
