Sorry that is so long...it all boils down to

why is everything so dark like its nighttime?
at the time of the projection is was 7 o'clock in the morning so it was bright and shiny in the real world. but in the real time zone it was dark and everything had a full moon glow to it. I remember looking around and it was beautiful who or what is that animal i keep seeing?
started looking around and saw a really really big owl. if flys past the barracks and i want to follow it. So i jump. i already had understood that nothing can really happen to me to if felt cool. run over to the side of the building and there it is sittin and eatin. walk over to it and see a rabbit...dream trying to come in again...and reach down to pet it and it latches onto my hand. that was the biggest indicator of a dream. so i shake it off and it disappears. so i sit down by the owl and ask its name. she says sabrina. ( looked it up that day and athena has the affinity to an owl...coincidence maybe? Not the first time i had seen it.) then she flys off and i go back to my body. and am i carzy or was it a real astral projection?
