Hey, I get this a lot too, and believe I posted the same question a year or less ago on here. And I was a little disappointed to find out it wasn't an OOBE feeling, but I still think it's pretty awesome, just because it feels so weird. I almost succeeded an OOBE a few nights ago, and I could say I knew it, this time around [after more reading and research and learning] because my whole body started to vibrate - strange enough, it seems to start at my arms, particularly the right, which makes me think I might need to free up my other energy centers if my arms are what feel the energy first

- and then it traveled through the rest of my body. Then, the vibrating increased. It actually got to the point where my eyes wanted to open quite badly. My heart chakra was racing, which can feel like your actual heart racing and be frightening, but it is the energy center, not the heart organ itself.

Since it was my first time though, I think I got a little taken aback, and my eyes opened before I could succeed. But good luck to you!
