My question to this experience is about the exit. Does anyone experience this shooting motion in exiting?

Yes. According to mystical theory, differnt chakras mediate different type of projections. Some third-eye projections are fluid, speedy, often involve a tunnel or vortex, and sound like the one you had with the stars at the end. I used to get a lot of those when I got more into it.

In another experience I had, I also felt this forming and gathering of energy flow, and at that time, the energy flow out from body or belly through my legs and my feet, and I remembered that I willed myself to a heavenly place walking toward a white light. The other time the energy flowed through my body and then out from my crown. These were all very strong and intense currents. Although there is no set rule here, and I'm going through my own experience, I'd say this was a projection to the astral planes (as opposed to an RTZ or etheric projection, which happens in your room or your house).

This time though, I felt it shoot up and going through the ceiling. I would characterize this (I do this most of the time) as an RTZ projection in which you shifted to the astral by going through the ceiling and shifting 'dimensions'.

These are different from floating experiences other times. Most separations in which strong buzzing vibrations are felt (in my experience) are heart chakra or earth stone projections. These feel strong, almost mechanical, and are either buzzy in the heart area or heavy and jerky in the belly area. These are usually RTZ projections, from which you can either stay and explore, or do what you did and fly up and phase shift to the astral. A lot of third eye projections throw you straight into the astral via the tunnel or vortexes.
If you do this long enough you'll have all of the above and more.
