Last night I laid face down in bed early and found myself in strange mindstate. i quickly lost most of my body awareness, and found myself phased into a very unusual situation. I was standing in a circle of 12 humans, all of them were looking at me. I saw many of them very clearly, and did not recognize them.

Anyway, I lost contact with that circle when i felt a presence above and behind me in my bedroom. It glided in and plopped down next to me, lying on her back and it asked "do you remember me? i'm your wife."

That really confused me, because my wife Caroline was alive and awake at her mom's house (out of town - she's gone for the weekend). It's embarrassing how confused i was, thoughts were in my mind like "is she a wife from another life or place?" and "did caroline just die?" and things like that. So I reached out mentally and touched this astral(?)person and she felt very solid. I said "are you Caroline? you're Caroline." She rolled over on her side and said "are you going to leave me?" (but i felt that she meant "do you intend to leave me.").

that confused me again, so i did one more test, feeling her energy and I knew that it was definitely my wife Caroline, without any doubt. I was trying to keep the experience pure, but i was feeling fear that she may have died, and grief in response to the fear. so she said: "will you always love me?" and my heart was saying beautiful things to her, but my mind was a bit of a mess.

She rolled over on top of me, and i felt her intent to embrace me, to hold me close, but at the same time she slipped away.

about 20 minutes after she "left," i called her cell phone just to hear her voice. she was a live and well in her mom's home, eating some food and working on her laptop. She doesn't know how to project (yet), and i've rarely encountered any projectors or spirits with that level of solidity and mental focus. Looking back, I think she was assisted by a powerful angel, who initiated and ended the experience.

do you guys have any thoughts?
