Did she look younger than IRL to you?
I sometimes dream of my husband leaving me when I'm asleep and he gets up and goes to sleep somewhere else (like if my son wakes up and has leg pains and he stays with him a while or I have a bad cold and he can't sleep with my coughing). I'll wake up all upset about the dream in which he left me and see he's not in his bed-mystery solved.
Maybe this is some sort of version of this- she's not with you, so your subconscious creates the scenario in which she's insecure because you're not there, or you projected to her and her projected double communicated that she missed you, and that's how you perceived it.
Many possibilities here.
