HI!!!!

Well I am asking, I asked in a spanish forum I usually ask and people normally is nice and knows whta I need to know but this time with that question I dont know what to do.

Almost everyone said it was not risky for me but one guy said it was dangerous, I dont want to read all the negative stuff because if you read it it will surely happen to you (like when yoy think you are going to loose the exam you loose it)
A frind I have explained to me that you dont have problems while obeing because your body is not empty is that correct?

Anyway, I am asking because like 2 month ago I started to feel that I need to obe at will and explore the astral planes, but I dont want to cause trouble at home if an entity catchs my body and do whatever it likes to do, I dont fear that but I fear for my family security. Now in this last days I am feeling the urgent need to get out of body but again, this uncertain stuff is stopping me.

Thanks again in advance, I really need advice of people who obe, I had OBE some time ago and "I know" that I obe but I dont have memories of that.
