Thank you very much for your response - it is very helpful. I was not aware of the mind split theory, so I naturally assumed that the energy I felt was not my own. I'm definitely going to read up more on mind split now to better understand my experience. I'm no longer scared to go to sleep as a result of what happened - thank you for that. I appreciate it.
