Hey Ben. I know in some forums some will have a fit when you say 'astral' instead of 'etheric', etc., but frankly, it's all energy. If you want to go general, I try to say 'energy body' but frankly call it 'astral'. Whatever you want to call it is fine with me. (I forgot subtle body- hee hee).
