I just saw city lights - a quick image. On another occasion I saw a superimposed image of space crafts using the moon to conceal themselves. Can't say I've seen any detailed images of the bases, but other people have. I'm mostly trying to confirm it. Regardless of what NASA cooks up in Photoshop, we have every indication there are bases on the back side.
