I Thank u all for replying.
Why don't you go to the astral plane?
I stay in RTZ for 10 minutes on average and 50 minutes is my highest.
Iam very intrested to go to astral planes. but i really dont know how to go to astral planes.
can u plz tell me some methods to go to astral planes?

You can try doing energy work while out of body (moving energy), and/or sending heavy elements (like earth and water) to ground when you meditate as part of your routine. I meditate 3 or 4 days for 15 to 30 minutes per week. i meditate by concentrating on breath.
Plz guide me or give me some link on what is (and/or sending heavy elements (like earth and water) to ground )
