I always ask my guide to come along. Usually she is leading me while I project.

I'm sure that having her with me is one of the reasons I have never had a scary experience in the astral and also why projecting has always been so easy for me. It's nice to have her there in case I have questions. She has answers.

That's great! So I guess it's no bother for your guide to do that for you? like maybe they have others that they are guides for other than just you? Can they help pull you out if you're having trouble? Do you know her name?
