Was this an obe or what ?

Yesterday I listened to this meditation cd and I was very relaxed
and felt like I was floating and then i started having these body or
energy spasms and they were very accelerated and then i stopped
listening to it but they continued and i slipped into some kind of
hypnogogic dream.I remember that someone was telling me something but
even though i told myself to remember,i couldn't remember when i woke
up.Then I could feel my whole body vibrating and I found myself in
what i think was an obe.I was in this bathroom and it had two
stalls.I picked up this kitten there and i was aware that the kitten
will scratch and bite me at anytime.I was holding the kitten gently
in my arms and then I went out the door.The cat was white with black
spots.When I went out the door I was like in this backyard.There was
a white wall arount the building and I could see palm trees and a
blue sky with clouds in the distance.It was warm but windy and it
looked like a storm was coming.There was a gate to my right and it
was open and I could see the street.At the same time as I saw all
this it felt like i was also aware of my body vibrating really bad
and then woke up.What was this?
