This morning I was close to having a spontanous Astral Projection, but when I was thinking and imagening feeling my astral body I must have thought of my real body because my leg twitched and the feelings dissapeared. Should I just have ignored theese feelings and focused on my breathing or is there a way to train the astral body to be less sensitive? I try to do energy work each day and mind taming/relaxation each day too. /Magic
