Yes thank you that sounds right to me

When i am local (at home) i don't seem to be able to stay out very long,i normally try to find something to try to prove to my self/confirm what was or had taken place at that time of O.B.E. Of course the people in the house are in bed asleep at that time ,but the funny thing is that i jump around trying to wake the person in bed and on occasion have seemed to have woken them!My flat mate sat up in his bed and told me to stop fooling around and go back to bed i actually thought i might be sleep walking! i even felt a little standing there in his room waving my arms, so i left and shortly after opened my eyes.

on one other occasion i was standing by my bed trying to allert my partner who was sleeping again waving my arms franticly!! she woke and started to freak out like she was having a bad dream and all of a suddenly lay back down like nothing had happened, i panicked and slammed back to my body and open my eye's and turned to her, she was sleeping soundly. The next day i asked her if she had had a bad dream? she looked at me and said no why? i just shrugged and said it didn't matter (she didn't know of the o.b.e thing it was only the second time i had done/remembered it).Later that day she piped up ho yeh! you remember asking me if i had had a bad dream she said, well it was wierd but i thought i woke up and saw you going to the bathroom but you just stood there looking at me it was strange that you was just stood there for a minute, it was a weard dream! why did you ask me before?

So like you pointed out it might have been some kind of "oversoul"i belive that even when out of body some concusses remains in the facinty around your sleeping body as a kind of" body gard" excuse the pun to allert you if needed.
