If anyone knows how hematite magnets can be placed while one is sleeping, please let me know! I'm kind of just experimenting with random arrangements of them, I don't really know what the rules are. I wish I could figure out some way to "wear" them while I sleep, but because I toss and turn a lot, they end up being uncomfortable if I put them in a wool cap or something like that.
