A few possibilities:
It's possible that you have 'evolved' out of the RTZ, at least for now. I had the same problem for a time and articulated the desire to go to the RTZ again, and did for a while. However, in this process I realized the following:
My room had a mirror in every wall, and a window and a door in the wall that didn't. I believe that going through a mirror forced a phase-change to the astral even when all I intended was to go through and go outside or go into the rest of the house. I now go through the open door, and I can go to the house. But the minute I try to go through a window or a mirror, look out, I end up somewhere else.
It's possible that you may have a similar problem.
It's possible that you have done other work enough to get you able to go to 'higher' planes. Maybe there is something important you must learn where you're going, important enough for you to be going there whether you think you want to or not. Plus the last statement you said "I rather explore the astral world than the boring realtimezone" may be taken literally by your Higher Self, accomodating you.
