The 2 months i've been trying to AP and doing exercises, i've experienced that when I'm doing trance-training, I will have to concentrate hard on my eyelids, so they won't open up. I think it's my physical eyelids that opens up, because if i keep them open my eyes will begin to dry out. What makes me wonder if it could be my "third eye" opening up is that i can maintain the trance even if my eyes are open. I believe it happens when I'm going deeper in the trance and not in light trance, i sometimes get other sensations as heart-chakra-beating.

If i try to close them i sometimes come out of the trance, but not everytime.

How does it feel when your "third eye" "opens" up?
