Hi all,
Hope im in the right place for this post. When a boy, i would get most nights for a period of a few weeks I think; a low distant tone inside my head when going to sleep. I would find myself listening to it. It would get progressively louder over a period of about a minute or less untill it was so mind blowingly loud i would get scared and rouse myself from dropping off to sleep. If I focus (35 years later) the noise is still there but it doesnt get any louder. It is something i have never forgotten and since buying Astral Dynamics wondered if the noise might be a result of something. Can anyone shed some light on this experience please?
