Hello there! I just want to say that your frustration shows me that there is to much thought in the process of exit. Here is the greatest technique I have found and someone eluded to it earlier! Your Breath! Just focus on your breathing the entire time until, your breath disappears. Kinda wierd huh? It can be a little frightning but as soon as you get to this stage, become aware of your consciousness and become an observer. You should try to eliminate all thought! I hope this helps, good luck!
