ive had many spontaneous (but concious) obes before, but all of which just came to me. It didnt happen because I used a technique to bring it on, the obe just suddenly come over me while im laying down on my bed... then I just "let it happen". which is why i am so obsessed with being able to have a conciously induced obe, one where I MAKE it happen on my own terms and will. the furthest Ive ever gotten was a slight awareness separation where I feel my body rocking up/down... and I alway ruin it by tensing up at that point.

last night as I was laying down for a rest, after a while I felt my body rocking up/down... then instead of tensing up, this time in my head I imagine the thumping/buzzing sound of the vibrations, running thru my body. and they actually came, very fast. heart was racing, buzzing. and soon I was like "alright lets get out" so I pulled myself out with no problems. I turned around to look at my body, but I dont know why... but ive never been able to see my own body. last night when I was doing this, my "body" was just a yellow thingy.. ok, so I wanted to explore. I went through the wall and went outside. I flew up to the sky and just basically flew around the city. I stretched my hands in front of me and flew past some clouds and trees, I felt a slight discomfort for some reason. like my body was aching and tired.. I kept looking at my hands to make sure im still there, it looked gross... it look like they're burnt/melted... anyway, then suddenly I wanted to get laid, and wanted some hot girls to appear. I flew to an opening, and saw a bunch of hot blondes running towards me. I flew down to them, and I grabbed the first blonde girl I see.... as soon as I did that, I lost ahold of the surroundings.. and woke up back in bed.

so I woke up, and thought about it on my bed. and soon after fell asleep, and had numerous dreams (not lucid dreams, just normal dreams)
but the problem is.... because I was sleeping/obeing/dreaming all at the same time, Im not even sure whether that "obe" was part of my dreams or did I really have it. must try again tonight, and actually write it down!
