Thanks.. I'm an artist/visual learner.. I've been going through the transition stage while I'm watching different visualizations while I'm near sleep. I get the electrical feeling - I have that down.. I know what I'm supposed to do.. I just don't know what I'm supposed to do or what I'm supposed to visualize. I've been able to roll out and explore areas around me.. but only for a few seconds.
