When I was researching this subject online I came across a woman's website and she said she visualized (something) in her mind with her eyes closed before she felt the electrical feeling. Before I exit I don't actually see places, I see colors that fade in and out.. That's when I know I'm ready to exit.

The other night I rolled out a few times and actually felt my legs hit the drawer next to my bed.. Thing is, I hadn't moved an inch from my bed. I had to roll out a few times before I basically slid through the floor of my room to the downstairs area.

Can you still feel things when you're out of your body?
