First Spontaneous OBE (only 30 seconds tho)
Well, I had the first spontaneous OBE...that I can remember. It was so vivid. I could've sworn that I was actually awake.
It's not a very eventful OBE, but it's good enough for me. I had waken up, and now that I think about it, I don't remember feeling getting up, but I did, as in my head somehow moved in the direction of where I'm trying to look. I look at the clock (a digital clock across the room with green lighting) because it's my only source of light and it lets me know how much time I am able to sleep. At first I couldn't read it, it was all disfigured. It looked like 1
? am, and then I tried looking a couple of other times. And then I actually sat up, which I also don't remember feeling doing. And it says 10:22 (which is about the time that I went to bed. And through all of this I was thinking normal: very confused as to why my clock would say 10:22 pm rather than 3 or 4 in the morning. That's when I woke up for real. I got up...and felt my tired body get up and noticed that it was 5:27 a.m., which made me curse because I only had 18 minutes of sleep left. ***I'm good at remembering numbers and times***
