I think he means a self created replica of the place, since everywhere you go in the astral is an astral counterpart of the physical place.
That is, you can go to the great pyramid in Egypt, as in the RTZ energetic equivalent, or you can go to the image you yourself projected after looking at pictures and reading about it.

I'm not sure why this is something to be 'careful' about, though.
