I am getting better at entering the trance state, where I no longer feel the parameters of the physical body. Soon after I get a slight falling sensation where I feel I fall about 3 inches into the bed. At that point, my mind becomes more awake/conscious, and I become aware of my physical body once again, and I feel the projection process has been truncated. My question is, what can I do to get past becoming so alert when the falling feeling comes on? Any insight anyone has is greatly appreciated. Don
