I was taking a nap this afternoon when I "woke up". I was in a trance like state and I felt a square over my legs at mid thigh up to my lower abdomen. This part of my body was vibrating, but nothing else was.
I can't explain what the square was or how I knew it was there, or even that it was a square but that is just what it felt like.
I started to drift back to sleep and the vibrating subsided.
Does anyone know what this could be?
