Thanks for the reply, I was reading up on the "NEW" tecniques from Robert Bruce that you recomended, very interesting, definately plan on using some of the tutorials to help even out the energy flow. I also have the Gateway series 1-7 from the Monroe Institute that are very helpfull with energy work and stimulation. However the CD's do make it hard to have an OBE due to the constant distractions (ear plugs, constant instructions). Have you ever had any experiance with the Hemi-sync stuff? I think they are great for energy work and learning different states of awarness, but as for having an OBE I find I have better luck on my own.

I plan on trying the "rocking" method for seporation tonight to see if I can get some kind of results, I seem to be able to stop the rolling and spinning at will, and I think if I can stop the spinning when my energy body is oppisite my physical body I might be able to seporate.
