Whether it was in my head or not I started seeing the face of a man who gave off a very unsettling vibe. The music, as with every other audio that's supposed to help make AP easier has scared the crap out of me.

There is no short cut to enlightnment,

Well i don't know about shortcuts, but there are different paths for each person as well as the shorter/smarter paths, some achieve AP in the day they learnt about it and some after who knows how long. So it all comes down to the person really. and "what works, works" its just different techniques. Doing all those techniques everyday and night with no results is dam right straining. Isn't Robert Bruce's method all about making it as easy as possible? a good master increases the chances of having good students.
