This is an old post, but I think it's important that I respond. This is also my first post here. The symptoms you describe sound neurological, and I strongly suggest you pay attention to any more odd sensations or symptoms you might have. Possibly see a doctor. I wonder if you had any other odd occurrences involving your tailbone?
