Ive been having the Vibrations sice I was much younger. I never knew what they were untill I researched it a couple months ago. The last time they happened was 2 weeks ago. I told myself to relax and see what happens. Vibrations grew to a high rate. I was familiar with the feeling and remained calm. Then my heart center woke up. It was something I never felt before. I began to see the ceiling through my closed eyes and lights began flashing, before I snapped myself out of the feelings thinking my heart was going to explode. I went out the next morning and bought the book Mastering astral projection in 90 days. I then read the heart center activity was a typical sign of projection. How close was I to a conscious projection? Because the projection symptons happen naturally to me every couple months where should I start in the book? I am anxious to have my first awake OBE. I believe now Im trying too hard. Any suggestions
