Yes, as per the two links that I previously quoted in two different posts. That is the closest consensus opinion that most people arrive to when they have a lot of OBEs,lose the fear, and experiment with the phenomenon.
Are you having trouble believing this, or did you want people's opinions?

I read the links you gave me but wanted to hear other opinions.. Sometimes a person reads things and interprets it in a different way
