OK well i remember when i was falling asleep conciously that i was drifting off into sleep. Suddently maybe astral or dream i woke up in the same room position i was in.

Then i tried grabbing my phone and i was able to open it but it was blurry. Then i thought : why is it blurry, i just opened it a few minutes ago and i looked around the whole place for any magnets. Suddently i felt a feeling that i was dreaming or i had astral projected. At that moment i was like "ok i want to wae up now" and every time i tried and concentrated on sensations because sensations break concentration and therefore you wake up.

So i kept trying to wake up. I tried for about 10 times into i was able to pull back into my physical body. I was aware of my physical but i was out of my body because i was able to see my body which was kind of creepy.

Well then i tried and tried and then my phone vibrated which immediately i went back into my physical body. BUT!! im thinking i was in such trance or state maybe theta or another one that i fell back asleep in like 4 seconds. After that happened i conciously was seeing my body again. I Actually wanted to wake up.

Since im so stubborn and i got a little frightened i calmed myself down so i wouldnt have a bad experience and then tried again and again. It was hard getting back into my body but i used mental power i think or maybe it was my will power ,being so stubborn that got me bac into my physical body.

After that i was like that was creepy and never thought of it as an astral projection. It just occured to me when i was reading about the technique of ROPE that occured because the technique requires will mental power and such things. Now that i think about it i have conciously projected or virtually. I really dont know the difference yet but im getting into astral projecting now.

Wellz thinking of it, I thought the experience was crazy now im willing to actually try it instead of just letting it happen.

Not sure if it was a dream that i couldnt wake up from or if it was astral awareness or a projection.

Please provide some info on my experience. What do you think happened?
Some type of explanation for my experience.
