It was weird because i did it without intention but now that im trying to use ROPE.

Its kind of scary because i feel pressure around my solar plexus.

That's normal, and can be surprising. The more pressure you feel the 'heavier' the pressure feels, the more it's working. It can come to the point that you are making the pressure almost unbearable (like a giant weight on you), and then you may feel/hear a 'pop' and the pressure goes away and you feel yourself floating. Then get away ASAP.
