Well this is kind of like telepathy but a little different.

This is where no words are used at all. Its all mental imagery sent telpacthically. For example if you asked me what was wrong, (and my toe was hurting), i would send you the feeling of a hurting toe to let you know what was wrong.

I think thats right.
