Thanks for that . I felt the vibrations again this morning but they weren’t as strong.

So the “Dweller” is really my projected Astral body waiting for a copy of consciousness to enter it. Can you tell me how long this paralysis/astral feedback lasts? I suppose the quicker I draw closer to the “fear” i.e. my astral body, the quicker I’ll integrate with it. What does consciousness in the Astral body feel like? Is it the same as waking consciousness?
