So the “Dweller” is really my projected Astral body waiting for a copy of consciousness to enter it. Can you tell me how long this paralysis/astral feedback lasts?

5 minutes, more or less. I suppose the quicker I draw closer to the “fear” i.e. my astral body, the quicker I’ll integrate with it. What does consciousness in the Astral body feel like? Is it the same as waking consciousness? Depends on your energy. But generally, should be like your waking consciousness.
