This does sound like you had an OBE, actually. Energy work and energy raising might have given you the ability to do more than what you seemed capable of in the state.

According to Robert OBE does not expose you more to entities than not OBEing. Indeed, while OBEing according to Robert you are rather safe, though you can be scared. You can meet evil entities or other people. Does not necessarily happen, though.
