Yeah, that explanation suits me well. Anyways, the best part of it was I think knowing that 'it' is really possible, that I have done it myself and that I have not wasted the past few months looking up on AD

. I think we all go trough belief problems at some point, but it is like korpo stated: it's not a matter of belief, but a matter of learning how to do it and then to do it yourself. I do not think that this was particularly 'out of body', but more into my own mind, but thats more than enough for me for now. Looking forward to the night...
