Well, I never spun around like a clock... One time I tried to project and didn't realize I was still attached at my feet. Needless to say, I fell on my (astral) face.

The problem was quickly resolved by sending more energy to my feet. I was the able to get out without a hitch.

Something else you may want to start doing, if you don't already, is to always ask your guide to help you. I always ask mine to take me where I need to go, or show me what I need to see. She never lets me down.
